Welcome to Solflash. By accessing and using this website and its games, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before playing.
1. About Solflash
Solflash is an on-chain casino operated by Tessera Labs S.R.L., a company incorporated in Costa Rica (corporate ID / cedula juridica 3-102-969810). We offer provably fair games that run on the Solana blockchain, described in section 3. Solflash provides only these games and the wallet connection needed to play them. We do not sell financial products, and we do not provide investment or betting advice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction if it is higher, to use Solflash. By playing, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that using our games is lawful where you are located. It is your responsibility to verify that online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction; access may be restricted in certain territories.
3. Our On-Chain Games
Our games run on the Solana blockchain and are non-custodial: you play directly from your own wallet, you sign every transaction yourself, and you pay the applicable network fees. We never hold your funds or your private keys. Outcomes are provably fair and can be independently verified on-chain. Playing involves a real risk of losing your cryptocurrency: never wager more than you can afford to lose. Responsible gambling tools are available: on-chain self-exclusion, which the smart contract enforces and which cannot be bypassed or lifted early once activated, not even by us; wager and loss limits, which we enforce off-chain on every bet; and a reality check. Once confirmed on-chain, a bet cannot be reversed on the blockchain itself. We may, however, cancel a bet or refund a stake by sending funds back to your wallet, at our discretion, for example in the event of a technical error, a bug, a failed settlement, or a dispute.
4. No Player Account
Solflash has no classic player account. You play by connecting your Solana wallet. There is nothing to register, no balance held with us, and no deposit or withdrawal through us. Because there is no account, you are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and your private keys.
5. Prohibited Conduct
When using Solflash, you agree not to: use bots, scripts, or any automated means to interact with the games; exploit bugs, errors, or on-chain vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage; engage in collusion or abusive use of multiple wallets to manipulate outcomes or circumvent limits; commit fraud or any deceptive practice; use a VPN, proxy, or any technical means to bypass geographic restrictions and access the games from a prohibited jurisdiction; or use our service for any illegal purpose, including money laundering or financing illegal activities. We may void bets, restrict access, and report unlawful activity to the competent authorities.
6. Access Restrictions
We may restrict, suspend, or block a wallet's access to our games at any time, in particular for geographic restrictions, an active on-chain self-exclusion, suspected abuse, or a breach of these Terms. Because the games run on-chain and are non-custodial, restricting access prevents new bets but does not alter the blockchain: a bet already confirmed on-chain cannot be reversed on the ledger itself, though we may cancel it or refund the stake by sending funds back to your wallet where warranted.
7. Geographic Restrictions & Identity Verification
Our games are non-custodial and require no account, no registration and no deposit: you play directly from your Solana wallet and sign every bet yourself, so we do not collect identity documents and no KYC is required to play. Our games are intended only for users located in jurisdictions where such games are lawful. They are not offered where prohibited, and we may restrict access based on your location. Where required by applicable law, we may introduce identity verification (KYC) as a condition of access to the games.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on Solflash, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Solflash is provided for your entertainment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of our games, from your own wagering decisions, or from events beyond our control. Gambling involves risk, and you are solely responsible for your decisions.
10. Taxes
You are solely responsible for determining, declaring, and paying any taxes that may apply to your winnings or activity under the laws of your jurisdiction. We do not withhold taxes and do not provide tax advice.
11. No Warranty
Our games are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Using games that run on the Solana blockchain involves technical risks beyond our control, including RPC unavailability, network congestion, and forks. You use the service at your own risk.
12. General
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the games. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms; we may assign them to a successor. We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including blockchain outages, network failures, or acts of government.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply where you are located.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Solflash after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
